Dreamlink DLite+ doesn’t connect to server

Donation has 365 just got it , just doesn’t connect any idea of what i am missing

did you attach your Mac address? Mac starts with 00:1A:79..... and might be labeled as ID.
did you type in portal? make sure no typo errors. also, set country lock to all and perform a reset on provider site then check for result.

If the above doesn't work, switch to another portal and try it again
