Channel unlock code

Hi first off what is the channel unlock code on the 4900.....Second issue is when i scroll through the channel list and the small screen shows no matter what channel it reverts back to Starz East when i press ok for full screen

Channel lock is 0000 as for the other issue they all do the same until the channel is actually changed.

Thanx for the code-My point is the box is not letting me change the channel it always reverts back to CH#350

Hmmm, never seen or heard of that problem. I just hit the okay or the center button and it switches to the channel. Wierd

YES thats what i thought anyway i'm trying a hard reset now that im home will post if it fixes

Why? Have you done a soft reset yet?

I don' t really know the difference I would be thinking a soft reset is when it's done on the donation checker site and the hard reset is doing it on the box
Anyway i've been on the donation checker site multiple times doing a reset.it didn't work so i did a reset on my box it didn't work it tells me incorrect user name or password.I also generated a new donation # twice.
I disconnected my internet did a box reset and a reset on the site and i still get incorrect user name or password-really not sure what to try next ?

WELL i finally after several more attempts with resets changed Server 3 to Server 7 and we have TV and it changes channels no problems - maybe i can finally go to bed !!! haha

with order number only no. you can try on your browser order number and when it comes to donation field usually it saves there and see if you can find there and get your info. if not then
just pm me your order number and email you used.
