    Why do you doubt ?
It would require 2 connections to the service.

Thank you for the information. Can you share how this would work, as the service is mapped to Mac address and if you have two subscriptions , how would you then tie to one Mac address ?

Unless you need two subscriptions with two stbs , one to record and one to watch another channel ?

its uses xc api login (username password) or m3u for this feature and still has to be two connections

What you need is a stb box with 2 tuners so you can record on 1 channel and watch another just like your cable box. And that will never happen as this iptv service never works 100% most of the time as channels go down it could happen when you are recording and then come back. So now you go watch the recording and you notice you missed part of the recording.

If this iptv was 100% top notch and worked well then yes maybe companies would invest in maybe a 2 tuner box but for now just hope when recording your channel does not drop out. Im not complaining as I have 2 mag 254 boxes and thinking of buying a buzz 4900. I already have a Hd recorder to record my satellite box >my cable box> my Roku box, its an Avera media box and records great in HD perfect picture.

***Do any of you have a problem with HDCP copy protection popping up>High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP)? Happens alot when trying to record and there are HDMI splitters that will help as I use 2 or them. Also using game boxes.

I would say it would be better if you ask directly to provider. send them email.
