    Hi,
    I've been registered on this forum for a while, but forgot my login pwd, ay, my long time member nd afer not getting anywhere trying to do a pwd reset on the email account I used for it, I had to create a whole ne email account, plus create this new iptvzeta member account, so that I could request assistance with this issue, iincluding getting my post count up enough topm one or more of the mods here who have worked their connections to get past this crazy issue.

    I've emailed papiao erlier tonite, explaining everything I've done by way of the useful tips here, but it still won't work.

    Anyway, my former long time (relatively speaking) iptvzeta user name was jropps.

    Any / all assistance will be greatly appreciated, as this new xpl3900 is for my daughter / her family, who also has a lifetime sub like I do, for my xpl3000.

    if you box says expire or not activated then go to nfps site and use your donation and email/order id and perform a reset you should be good to go.

      hello folks,
      I am having a similar issue with my buzz 3000 and lifetime subscription. NFPS SITE is showing all is OK, but STB is saying subscription expired or not activated. I tried several reset and still does not work. Also reset modem and that does not work either. I have just sent my credentials to dodgeit in a PM for him to have a look at it. I have been down now for several hours

        When resets don't work, change your portal and try again.

          I have also tried that and still does not work. I have change between portals 5 and 2 several times. I've also check for new updates from buzz and there isn't any

            if you are using .ru then change to .tv or vice versa

              I would maybe try and reset the box and set it all up again.If everything else fails.

                Guys
                nothing seems to be working...change everything ru/tv, portals, resets and generate a new donation
                response is handshake started....loading user profile then subscription expire or not activated
                kodi on the box is working fine
                guess I will shut down/unplugged for a few days and start again
                I only purchase donation about one week ago.and works well up to about 10am this morning
                maybe I can try donation in a different STB...will keep you updated

                  I would reset the box like i said above.I noticed where you are from.You might want to unplug the box change the donation to allow all country's and try again.Other then that you have done everything except reset the box.If that don't work you may have to try a VPN.
