Remote problems

When I turn tv on I am able to change a few channels, then remote will not change the channel. I have to reboot to get the remote to work for a few more channels. I also notice I am getting a download banner at the bottom of the screen and once it has reached the far right on my screen I am getting a message saying unable to download now try again later. This has been happening for the last couple of months. Any help is appreciated.

do you have third party apks installed? try to uninstall them or factory reset your box and try without third party apks. also, check or replace batteries as well.

Sorry I know better I should have included that I have XPL 3000 Buzz. I don't understand what a third party apks is.

did you download other application like movies, games application...etc?

No I did not I'm a senior and I don't touch and of the other apps, but could have been done by one of my children or grandkids. Anyway I did a factory reset now when I put server url in I get a notice saying (incorrect portal URL) I have tried installing URL both ways and I did make sure to put the .ru at the end.

if it says incorrect url then you must typed a wrong url. log into nfps site with your donation, verify your url portal and try to match with what you have in your box.
