Hi everyone i just bought a year subscription of the service and i have a buzztv xlp 3000 I tried putting in my credentials but i have no idea what i have to write in where it says server name and url server. Can anybody help me out i would really appreciate it

Server name can be anything. Url should be in the email that was sent to you with the donation information. You also need to link up your Mac of the buzz with the donation checker.

but now i got a new issue there is no audio I tried resetting and tried 10 different hdmi on 3 other tvs but still no audio Now i have no other ideas can you help

try to hit volume up button on buzz remote and see if that helps. also, try different external player. try to play youtube and see if you get sound.

if you have surround system then use A/V cable for sound.

Did it ever have sound?
Does the boot startup have sound?
Is it new?

it did have audio when i bought the box but i haven't used it for 3 months and now every time i try it the audio only lasts 5 seconds right now i'm using Bluetooth speakers they work fine so i think am going to stick to the so Joker, Ryu1, NBS, thanks for all your help appreciate it
