Buzz 3000 No Audio

I have audio for only 5 seconds after i reboot the unit, I have tried every Sound setting in the unit that will allow me to change with no luck, TV is a Samsung I know there has been issues with Samsung TV's with the Mags. any help would be appreciated

You running through a receiver? All channels? Is it the same if you use youtube or another app? There is a volume button on the buzz remote, is it turned all the way up? and not on mute?

You could try another HDMI cable to see if that fixes it.

Volume on the Buzz Receiver is cranked all the way up. Only getting 5 seconds of audio after boot up , Same issue with YouTube app on the Buzz

Have you tried another Hdmi port on the Tv. If you have a mag or another box to try and see if it does the same thing.If not it just might be the Buzz. How old is the Buzz?

Have you tried a factory reset? I think there is pinhole reset in the a/v jack on the back too.

Just took it out of the box after sitting there for months I tried it on two different Samsung TV's Joker i'll try the reset pin hole tomorrow.
