    Hi, i have a buzz 3000 and my old sub is fime, new one i just got 2 days ago after trial is not working, the user and pass are identical and what was provided, any suggestions on how to get stream loose, i got info within 20 minutes of btc release but has been over 48 hours and no luck, have only tried 1 of 2 donations thus far dont want to mix them up or create additional issues, Thanks in advance for any assistance

    Try a different portal, make sure all your info is correct and the correct Mac address is attached.
