  • stuck on one channel

Hello The Apoxie girls are back.
Not sure if this was the place to ask a question but here it goes.. We were using a buzz 3000 unit watching a channel say 100 then we were going to watch a different channel say 150 but when we went to change the channel it stayed on 100 and will not go to any other channel. We found that if we unplug the buzz 3000 and reboot it we are able to change channels however yes you guess it it will stay on that channel and again we are not able to change the channel..
Any idea what may be causing this problem?

The buzz 3000 is hooked up directly to the stereo which then goes into the tv. So I am assuming the cache is in the buzz itself? Lets say I am on channel 100 and want to watch a different channel if I go to say channel 150 and hit enter it will stay on channel 100 I can go anywhere in the menu but change the channel.

yes cache is in the buzz settings ,more apps clear cache
The main reason the buzz 3000 has issues is memory being used up
If you have a bunch of apps delete some If that doesnt help clear data in setting You will have to enter
While in live tv hit the menu button and post the info at bottom of pop up screen

Well thanks NBS we deleted about 15 different apps that we would never use and wow the channels came in super fast.
