Cant rewind or Fast forward VOD movies

Is anyone else having a problem rewinding or fast forward movies on demand? (VOD) If I miss something in a movie and rewind
to a certain point, it doesn't resume there. Also if I fast forward, it will start playing the movie again at point where I didn't fast forward it to.

what version of buzz ap do you have? try to upgrade to buzz5.

Thanks for responding, my current Firmware version is V20211108, my current IPTV version is 4.0.530. How do I upgrade to buzz5?
Buzz Tv System Update states that Latest Update is installed. I have the XRS 4500.

email them your Mac ID, SN with your box and current firmware and tell them to upgrade you to Buzz 5.

I have the latest Buzz5 and I can't rewind, fast forward or pause VOD movies either. The counter just rolls as normal. What do I do?

I dont have 4500 but im just testing it on 4900 with latest buzz5 and working fine. try to switch player and see if that works.
