Subscription Expired or Not Actvsted

Hello:
I’m getting a message from my buzztv xrs 4500 stating that subscription expired or is not active. I Just recently moved from USA to Puerto Rico. I have log into papiao and set new country and isp lock, and also reset the service. Question? Is there something in the server blocking me out? Please help. I’ve also updated to p.6 server, but no luck. Please Help!

might want to use vpn
or change country lock to all, turn ISP off, and perform a reset then try
make sure portal is correct and no typo errors.

if above does not work then try using XCAPI option. remove your Mac address, and use username/password option and see if that helps.
