Remote Slowed and to the point of not working

Buzz 4500XRS. The box was working without any issues yesterday. Turned it on today and it will not load and the response to the remote is slow to none (batteries are new). I managed to get to settings and checked for updates and it said there were none. Prior to that it would ask if I wanted to update. Is it updating on it's own??? Is a factory reset needed??

did you recently update your box?
if not then try factory reset and update your box first then check to see if remote works fine.

go to remotes and accessories and make sure remote is paired
If using the Mouse on the remote with IR
Its not that fast
You can adjust speeds by going to Device Preferences in Android
Go to Keyboard and Autofill

You will see a Pointer Speed Option.
