  • Buzz Remote Stops Working on PPV's

    When viewing channels 5 PPV4 Old, and 12 PPV11 Bearry the remote will cease controlling the stb then a pop-up box will keep appearing on screen asking to "close or wait" that the stb app is no longer working. After this, the video will eventually stop and stale, but the audio continues to play until the viewers chooses to stop the app through the pop-up box control option.

    try to switch player and see if that helps

      Changed video player from default to secondary, and the PPV video quit playing, and all that was on screen was continuous buffering icon. When the video player was changed back to default, the buffering icon stopped, and the video began to play again. But, the longer the PPV video plays there seems to be a code glitch in the app that causes a signal interference with the PPV channels "2 -35" that causes the channels to stop playing.

          No there is no code glitch If there was everyone would be having the same issue as you
          what unit do you have?
          have you cleared cache?
          have you closed running apps?(hit home button twice quickly)
          last of all ,have you reset box?
