Switching Internet Providers

I believe that early on with IPTV, the internet provider was somehow related/tied to the mac address and donation (ie. if you changed internet providers, you had to contact papaio with picture proof of the mac address to resume service). Can a BuzzTV xrs 4500 box be moved to a new location (with different wi fi address) and still be active on it's original donation? Thanks guys

you can take your buzz and use anywhere you have internet available. just login to papio site and set country lock to all, perform a reset on papio site and you are good to go.
