  • Bad "Choppy" Distorted Sound with Optic Toslink Cable on PPV's

After the New Buzz XRS 4500 updates the PPV channels 2 - 35, have a bad "choppy" distorted sound using the optic toslink cable audio ratio. After clicking the green button on remote and bringing the "Subtitles and Audio" options, I try to change the audio options from audio to ac3 and the video goes to a black screen then there's a continuous buffering on the video.

No, I haven't done a factory reset. I've just manually unplugged the modem, router, and Buzz stb. After doing that and changing the audio ratios from " audio to ac3" the PPV channels, 2 through 6 stay buffering, I can't get the video to play again. I've also tried changing the iptv ports from p6 to p5, and the channels stay buffering.

When I click on menu and configuration then at video player I've tried both default and secondary for version 4.0.513, updated 07,22,2021. The video is still buffering. I think PPV channels are down, there seems that other channels are buffering as well.
