Suddenly, when i try to change channels or anything that i press, box is not responding or goes berserk like going up or down for 2-3 seconds.

I don't know know if it's the remote or the box.

Did you try changing the battery's in the remote?

The remote uses Bluetooth. Weak batteries would make it go haywire as it's trying to connect.

Use a good set of battery's. They are a little hard on them.

Bluetooth remotes are always being connected so it'll drain the batteries quicker.

Ya well i used the ones supplied. It's strange though as my Samsung TV remote is on bluetooth also and i used it everyday and in a year only changed them.

Yes the ones supplied don't last long. Like i said use a good name brand and they will last longer.

If they're Enerziger batteries, then they're fake clones. Use authentic Energizer batteries.
