Hey guys, before any of yous try using the MediaPlayer Home screen option, please do not

There are 3 Home Screens (or also refereed to as 'Launchers') that can be accessed thru your BuzzTV menus.

You can find these when on Home Screen and open the Settings option. Then open BuzzTV Utilities.
That Utilities option can also be found directly on your Home Screen.
In that Utilities is the Home Screen option , open that and you will see three options.

    - BuzzTV Classic - this is the Launcher found on the xpl models (xpl3000 and others).
    - Mediaplayer - this is a new Launcher with a similar look to the 'Modern' Launcher.
    - BuzzTV Modern - this is the 4000 and the 4500 default Launcher.

Okay, so do not use the MediaPlayer Launcher. If you do then it will put your box into a loop. You will see the MediaPlayer Home Screen but then it will show a blank screen and back to Home screen and back to blank screen ... and the loop will continue indefinitely, until you stop it.

One way is to do the toothpick trick in the AV port on the back of the receiver to take it into a Reset mode. That will reset it back to factory state including with the Modern Home screen active.
Another way is to hit the right button on RCU and also then the OK button on RCU .Do this in between the looping and if you catch it correctly, that Buzz Utilities screen will appear and you can change the Home screen then.

There are other ways to get out of this loop issue, but best way is to simply stay away from that MediaPlayer option till the Team fixes the issue.

The looping is not a drastic issue as it can be resolved rather easily, but again as a warning, stay away from that option till it is working correctly.
