You can unplug it too, but Dodgeit's method also works. Holding the power button gives 3 options, power off, restart, screen shot.

I am happy that I purchased the XRS 4000 box with the ARQ 100 bundle. This box functions like a real cable and satellite box. It also fixed my buffering / freezing issue specifically on the VOD. It's a big upgrade from my Mag 250, Mygica 1800 and Mnix U1 boxes. I even consider this better than the NVidea Shield Pro box that I had and is dead already due to frequent software update.

Thanks Vectra; I am in the same boat and needed confirmation from some one that had Freezing on the VOD on a MAG and does not have it after upgrading, can you tell me if XRS 4000 can record?, I am making a decision between the T3 and this box

I didn't try recording on this box as I am not a fond of recording and watching later. I didn't even use my old and not workable NVIdea shield pro for recording a show. In addition, I think some of the VOD shows in the NFPS movie collection are bad. After I made the earlier post, I noticed that some movies are still buffering with XRS 400 box. Live TV is pretty stable thou.
