  • Help 4000 reboot

    buzz 4000 problem, turn on nothing, menu but no live tv picture, Unplug and works. did factory reset and same issue. Must unplug and reboot to receive picture or live tv. any suggestions

    what firmware/software version do you have?
    if you have buzz4 then I would say upgrade to buzz5.
    go to settings from home screen, click update, hit check for update if nothing found then type 2015 on your remote control and see if it lets you download buzz5.

      when factory reset was done buzz5 downloaded. Once rebooted by plug stays on fine. turn off then must unplug to work again

        whats your power option set to? if suspend then change to shut down and see if this helps. I know you have to wait for reboot but at least you dont have to disconnect power everytime time.

              It works but reboot every time? Any other options as used to turn on when on. Only just started the unplug since update to buzz5

                I dont think theres any other option that im ware of it. I would say send an email to buzz team and ask them to take a look at the issue.
