Won’t connect

Did a portal change and reset on buzz box xr4000 because of constant freeze now won’t connect. Entered new portal and did reboot on box and modem now will not connect as server box had expiration date:NA. Why?

Check and make sure the mac address is correct and the server info matches on the box and account. If it does i would delete the mac from the account. After saving, log back in and attach the mac address to the account again.

Tried what you suggested, double checked all boxes all matches. Keep getting cannot load portal:incorrect portal url. Any other suggestions?

I would say remove the Mac address then use XC api option on buzz and enter your portal, username and password will be your donation. make sure to enter as it shows (caps).
then see if that works.

Since having that done the channel numbers are off. USA #100 instead of 105 how does this get resolved
