Ihave reset everyting and tried different portals and I am g etting "Cannot load portal: Incorrect user name or password" and I am using MAC authenication. Why is it asking for a user name and password? In the many years I have used this I have not had this issue. Anybody know how to fix it? I reset mmy account and that made not difference. I was on P4 and had this issuse and switched to P7 and it was okay now it is back there and on P2 as well. Confusing!

reboot your entire network first. then, make sure your Mac address and url is correct. preform a reset and set country lock to all. then check it again. if still nothing then try to use vpn.

I did all of that as I am not new at this. The problem is that P4 and P7 ask for a user name and password so moved to P2 and it works just fine.

If P2 is working then i would leave it there. They must be doing some changes or something.

I am currently using p7 without username / password but in case your device require extra authentication for those portals remember that your username and password is your account number, the one linked to that mac address.

Hello, what is the different between add Mac Adress and
XC API Login 1?
I have trouble with login. I used this before but now looks like is not let me login into MAC Adreess setting,
I login into XC API login 1 shows to be connected and shows my expiration date, but all Chanel list is different.

if you use your service using Mac address also called MAC server then you have to attach your Mac address to it on provider site.
if you use your service using username/password also called XC API then you remove your Mac address.

so basically depends on your app/device and provider what method they allow and what method works on your app/device.
papiao service allow you to connect using Mac, username/pass or m3u and your your buzz device and their built in buzztv app supports all three methods.
