I have aBUZZ XRS 4000. For the last few days I have been having all kinds of problems with my guide not loading.

Anyone else having EPG problems?

clear cache and try again

I need a bit of help here. How do I get to the cache settings?

From home screen click settings,

Then apps,

Then click buzz tv4

Then clear cache

As you know from the other site - Nothing I did made any difference. Strange that I am getting a very few chanels that have any EPG data at all.

it must be server then. I dont have it but hopefully someone will confirm that but looks like its server end to me as you did all the steps. I would say wait day or two and see if that changes.
