Audio?Video sync problems

bought a few XRS 4000 , Audio and Video no synced on most channels
is there a setting I can change?

also make sure you are powering box off and not putting in standby
hold power button down and select

That not usually a buzz issue If its off a by an hour or a set amount of time you can play with epg time offset

It wont let me change anything in epg time shift offset. it jumps over it

The out of sync issue i think was a server problem. I seen it a few times last night, after a few freezes it would happen. But a quick channel change back and forth fixed it.

yes I am using a MAC to connect
