Buzz TV video and audio out of sync

Hi all , I purchased buzzTV 3000 box About three weeks ago. It has the newest updates on .When I turn on the box after it’s been sitting overnight, the video and audio is always out of sync. I need to unplug it and reboot to get it to work correctly. Just wondering if anybody knows how to fix this ? What am I missing?. Thanks

when shutting down hold the power button down and select power off
Just hitting the power button puts it in standby
also hit the broom and clear memory occasionally
also clear cache in buzztv 2 app

I ran into that problem a few nights ago with the 4000 on a few channels and i changed the player and the channels where fine.But i don't know if the payers are the same.
