Help w factory reset Vixo 2

Disregard this post...I found Factory Reset option under Settings-->Info

Please help me regain control of my Vixo2...I think I need to do a factory reset...any other resolve suggestion welcome.

My problem was building over time...kept seeing "Cache Full" while watching.
Today Kodi was acting so weird I uninstalled it and now it won't reinstall b/c of limited Free Space (399 MB).
I only have 1 application (TV Online) installed now (after deleting Kodi) and internal memory shows Used Space 4636.

Moreover I don't have enough Free Space to install Memory Cleaner Application (Mikey Hop).

So please help me reset this vixo 2 box...Thank You.

my suggestion; dont do a factory reset, it will loose your activation

you have to open again

Pin hole reset at the back and hold for 10 seconds. Android menu appears and factory reset there.

You may also want to check your history as well. If you have used apps for things it will cache it there too.
