Need help clearing Mac Address

Can anyone tell me where I can go to get a ac address cleared by the server Just bought a avov v2 and tried to put new donation on it says Mac address already exists.
The server settings show no information at all so I can only assume it has a donation attached to it by this service or********Could someone please help!
