  • User name & Password reset every time?

    Sorry if this topic has been covered already. I tried to search & found nothing.

    We just received our aVOV box today and have it set up and it all seems to be working.

    Our problem: Every single time we click on "TV ONLINE", it requires us to re-enter our user name and password. IS there a way to have this information saved so we don't have to deal with re-entering it every single time?

    Try doing an IPTV Reset to see if that helps.

      Thanks, but an IPTV reset wasn't the solution.
      We finally figured out that ticking the box to use credentials to log in was the solution.

      However, now that it logs us in automatically, none of the live channels will load. We have the box hardwired directly to the modem, with a cat6 cable that we are 100% sure it works, so it's not a WiFi connection problem.

      Starting to think this investment is losing us money instead of saving it. Pretty frustrated right now!

        What is ticking the box? My DL T1 is asking for the username and PW every time now too but it has the info so all I have to do is click okay. It didn't do that in the past so it must be a glitch or a new development by NFPS.

            That box is on the T1 also you just have to put a check mark in it.If thats happening with your T1 and that box is checked then i would say it's a T1 software update.I don't think i updated mine and i'm not having that problem what is the software version is yours at?

              Shallow, where do I find the box on the T1 to check. I just looked around in the Settings and did not see it. My software version is 2.4.4.

                When you go into server settings you should see a spot that says certificate check that.It doesn't say credentials haha. Check your pm's
