New Donations expired or invalid

I purchase 2 new donations today and although they show as active on donation checker They will not load to the Kokaleka App. They both message as expired or invalid? Please help me out with this. I have selected m3u list plus on the donation checker and country lock etc is set......rob

papiao changed portals to portal 3 and all worked fine on both tv boxes using kokaleka app. It seems the app does not like portals 6 and 7.......rob
