I am new to this forum, but I have been a user of MAG254 boxes for several years. I have ordered IPTV services from iptvprivateserver for the last 3 years and never had an issue, until now that they change the payment methods. I ordered last night, and the page presented a BTC address which I copied and pasted on a new window along with the amount . The page also gave me an order number to track the status and for customer support. I have received emails that the BTC received the payment and my card has been charged for a year donation amount. I have not received any emails from iptvprivateserver and when I navigate to the website and go to the "Order Status" page, and search for my order number and email address, I get no results. Any advice or assistance from anyone?
