    MAG 349w3 would not work in Florida,U.S.A.Help needed

    Hello all,
    i need help bcos the MAG 349w3 says "Your STB is not supported" .I have asked staffs at Papiao to look into it and a reset was said to have been done.There is still no connection.
    I have worked with the resolution but that seems not be the problem
    Do i need to replace the MAG 349 since the MAG 256w2 worked?
    Help needed urgently.Thanks

      I am in the caribbean with my 349w3 and also have the same issue. I have changed the portal from p4 to p2 and still having the same issue. Can someone assist ?

          Thank you . I have been a member for a few years but not overly active. My subscriptions recently came to an end and purchased a life time donation. I am setting up one of the devices. A mag 349 and receiving the message that the STB is not supported. A quick resolution with this issue would be appreciated.

            Have you unplugged the box and do and then done a iptv reset?There is no need to email anyone to get it done you can do it yourself.

              I did do a reset and the same problem is occurring. I can try another reset. I have three donations and I have tried the older mag and that one is working. The newer mag is not working .

                Dodge it I have also logged in to each of the three donations, and have noticed that only one donation says lifetime , the other two have a set number of days .

                ????is there a different setting for the newer mag devices ?

                  I have used another mag box 322 and changed the mac address and this one worked. I have then changed back to the 349w3 and used the mac address of the 349w3 and it stopped working . The 349w3 firmware was updated so I am not sure if this was the cause. Is there an issue with the 349w3 version when the firmware is updated ?

                  I have that setting and it is also now working . I spoke with the person who I bought the device from and he said , that this model only works with ministra stalker 5.4 . The other mag like 254, 250 and 322 uses stalker 5.1

                  Can you confirm that stalker 5.4 works and if so what else can I try ?
