  • Hi all! *Intro & Request*

Hey IPTVZETA world! I'm fairly new to the IPTV world (a couple of months) but have already purchased a couple of donations for myself and a friend who's interested in the service. Through word of mouth, I now have about a dozen people interested in the service and am going to be purchasing a reseller token really soon.

The request I had was for some sort of Reseller Resources section. Maybe a new section in the forum that provides tips, channel statuses, and FAQs for resellers. And I don't mean tips, channel statuses, and FAQs necessarily for us resellers, but instead pointers and answers that we can provide to customers that ask resellers. For example:

Customer A asks me: Channel ### isn't working/is freezing. What's going on with it?
My Answer: Give me a minute, let me check. (Then I'd go to the section I'm talking about, look up that channel number and see what it's status is, whether it's down/up/missing/moving, and reply to the customer)

I'm sorry if this has already been answered but I searched and didn't find anything. I'm also not yet a reseller so it's possible this already exists in the reseller portal?

Also, I created a basic excel spreadsheet where I jot down my customers info when they purchase a donation. That way if they have an issue, I can always reference that and quickly get all of their information to help with any issues, as well as get alerts as to when they're donation is expiring and when it can be renewed. If there's any interest in that, I'll happily post it as a reference for others.

The easiest way to find out if a channel is down or freezing for others is to look in that section of the forum which you can find here https://iptvzeta.is/forum/nfps-iptv-...h-iptv-service

If a channel is up one day but down another day, but you have other channels that are working, that channel is probably down and you can report that issue also in that link. Once you have a reseller panel, you will be able to see all of your clients information there including how many days are left on that donation. You will have complete control over each donation.

Thanks Count Alucard, I appreciate the info on the tools available at our disposal in the reseller panel and the tip to look in that specific thread for channel issues.

Regarding the FAQs, does anyone think something like this would be useful? For example, if a customer asks "Why is this channel slow to load?" or "Why is the feed on this HD channel not in HD?", instead of answering with the actual answers (which would be something like "I don't know, that's just how it is"), we can reply with something generic like "Well, it depends on a lot of factors like you bandwidth, the server load on the back end, or just an issue with the channel in general. Whatever the case, I'm sure it's being worked on and should be back up and running soon. In the meantime, enjoy the large amount of other channels available to you as well as the wealth of Video On Demand content and I'll followup with you at a later date to see how things are going."
