Can't load NFPS

  • Can't load NFPS

    Hello, I'm a first timer. When I try to go to NFPS, it loads to 10% and stops. It gives me a message: Error Your account is blocked. Contact your service provider. Code7. What do I do? It worked last month, but i haven't had time to use it since then. Did something change? Also, I notices that the MAC address at the top of the Connect page and the one at the bottom are different. Does that make a difference?

    Code 7 sounds like a T3? There was an update that came out recently for the T3. See if there is an update available and update the box. If it’s not a T3, post in the correct place with more info!

      Thanks, Jokerz. I have a Formuler Z8. You're saying update the firmware on the hardware, correct?

        Yes sir! The Z8 using MOL2 which also had an update out recently. Once its updated, you should be able to connect again.

          yes had same issue with formuler alpha came code 7 and turned out all i had to do was update the box

                  My service has been blocked for several days and at the end reads: "Code 7". I'm using a T3 and with the assistance of the Papiao staff we have made several changes but none of them worked. I checked the box software version and has the latest version. I am also having the same problem with my Houston account. There I am using a Formuler. Please help.

                    make sure your Mac address is correct. your Mac address starts with 00:1A:79.... and might be labeled as ID.
