No sound iptv using MAG 254

ive tried switching hdmi cables and no sound! Anyone else experience this issue?

your volume up on the Mag Remote??

you audio settings in setting on stereo and PCM ?

Or pull the power to reboot

make sure your cable is plug in completely, power down box then unplug cable and reset, make sure you select hdmi for port you connect tv, you can also try this Go to embedded Portal.
Select Settings.
Select Video.
Select F1 (red button)
Change AVI to HDMI. Exit back to your Portal.
