  • Iptv boxes

Hi Everyone Hope all are well. My question is this. Does anyone know if these new set top boxes have the capability to use a DVD recorder? That's how I use my Mag 254 to record and make DVD's
I know that seems old fashioned with all this modernization but it works for me any input would be appreciated thanks in advance

I never tried that since I dont use dvd recorder but im sure you can.
these boxes can do dvr and you can take recording from that and burn in to dvd as well but you may need pc for that.

Ryu1 Thanks for responding you seem to be the only one interested in trying to help someone so again thank you! You see my dvd recorders are directly connected to my 254's so as you know that means i am connected using simple red, white and yellow cables to record. I am looking to upgrade my current setup and get away from the 254's as they can't even even pick up the pay per view channels. Fortunately, there's enough content in the video club to keep me entertained. So i am trying to find out if the new boxes have this ability. I know this sounds stupid but be that as it maybe it is a simple process for me. I hope someone can clue me in LOL. After I address this issue i will upgrade all four 254's. . then I will find out if I have to purchase new donations. Hope all comes together for 2022

        you welcome.
well we have other Mods here as well along some other great members who help too but they might be little busy.

there are no stupid question my friend and I understand your setup very well and nothing wrong with it if thats how you want it. however, Buzztv xrs 4900, 4500, 4000, and E2 also have AV port for your red, white, and yellow cables so that should work they way you want it.

if you want you can buy one of the these units and test one of them and if you like it you can buy more or there should be return policy depend on seller.

        I hope this will help
