I purchased a lifetime sub on Sunday around 1pm cst through coingate and in about 2 1/2 hours it'll be 48hrs since then. I received the submission and approval emails from simplex shortly after I sent the payment and have the full charge from simplex on my card already. I have checked the bitcoin transaction status and it appears to have been delivered to the bitcoin addy that was given to me on the order screen. Checked order status page and it still shows the (Please allow us 24-48 hrs to process) error message.
Can someone please look at my order,bitcoin transfer, etc to see if what might be going on? I can send all info needed to you in a PM. I did email the ([email protected]) email also with the same info. Just thought someone here might be able to look also.
