No Notification No Donation(s)

Saturday, January 18, 2020 went to my local bitcoin ATM machine to make two donations. Followed the "donation renew for dummies" sticky under "donations" to the T. As far as i can tell.
Received a receipt via SMS as well as a notification via email. Never received any confirmations after notofication and havent received donations from my bitcoin ATM purchase.
I have attached my order confirmation with QR code, SMS bitcoin receipt and bitcoin notification. Can anyone help me figure out what i missed and what i have to do to get the two codes i paid for?

Same here. No notification after donation. It has been more than 48 hours and still waiting. Verified the "order status" and no info. Have sent multiple messages and still no response.
