2 Donations Renewed 3 Taken

Good morning everyone. May someone please help me understand what is the reason why I lost an extra credit when I activated renewed two donations at once? I checked the little box for the 2 I wanted to renew but I noticed it took the 2 and I only saw one renewed.

How may I get back the extra one taken?

NFPS hasn't been online since 12/16. He will see the message when he is on again.
