I have renewed my donation a couple of days ago using a bitcoin ATM and have not received a confirmation email etc. My old details for checking donation status is also now invalid? How do I follow up without confirmation email?

Check your junk folder for a order# email.

I definitely have checked all junk mail etc, still no confirmation. Have confirmation on the bitcoin transaction so it should have been fine.
