Like a good little soldier, I used Coingate/Simplex and gave them all info including a perfect photo of the front and back of my states drivers license...They of course debit the money from my account first and foremost..as seen below. I going to put all my info at the bottom since this editor is poor with graphic insertion.
Anyway..I had sent them a copy front and back of my drivers license..against my will..but a very good copy. below is what I got back. I feel like I'm speaking to foreigners with no clue what a state drivers license is. They call it a selfie and think it should have some credit card number on it. I swear..here is the letter as well as the account debit by these thieves.

- The photo should include both your face and all the details on the card
- The photo should include the first and the last 4 digits of the credit card number
- The photo should include the name on the payment card
- The expiration date

This hurts everyone on this site when one can't make a payment without it taking days. If I lose the money I lose it but papaio will have lost a loyal customer because of the clowns they contracted to to process payments
I'm sure papaio has records of me being a loyal customer. And I have shown you proof of Simplex's debit from my account. So basically Simplex is holding my money hostage that should rightfully be paid to you because well they're incompetent liaisons.
