It happened again...

2nd time in a row I order codes and I only get 1 of the 2.

I was told by Simplex to try a different payment provider, I jumped over to trying the indacoin instead, had a confirmation email of the amount that came out of my account, which was enough for 2 licenses, and I only seem to have received 1 again.

There has to be something going on with the way the bitcoins are transferring because I am doing everything as stated in the directions and the amounts are being withdrawn from my accounts. I appreciate the service being offered here, but there is for sure an issue with payments ever since the switch over to bitcoin. I understand why its been done, but theres for sure some serious issues here in regards to payments.

Any help again would be appreciated.

Both times you selected 1 credit in the checkout and then sent the payment for 2, YOU MUST SENT the exact amount specified on checkout and if you want more credits increase the amount during the checkout or you will get the selected amount.

Next time select the correct amount, send the specified amount and all will be good.

the only way to select Indacoin or Simplex as a payment option is to choose 2 or more codes so choosing 1 at checkout is impossible with the way you guys have the payment options coded in the website.

Next time I will double check before I go through tho, but I dont think that could have been the issue.
