donation not received after payment

i purchased 10 donation on May 20 and payed with bitcoin and i didn't receive anything until now.
i sent an email but no one is responding.

Can you provide any updates on your post as it leaves a lot of unanswered questions which leads to some serious doubts about what happens when nothing happens.
