You have no mac addresses attached to either of your accounts.

Tried to renew. window opened, stating request denied. Call my bank, they told me the charge went thru. I went on line, it shows. It says pending. What do I need to do?

Yes i did and i also posted your donations are active and you need to attach your mac address.These donations are also not Nfps's

i purchased 3 Donations 2 already had donations numbers one new got my email confirming new donation numbers but when put in email and numbers get nothing can you help me

You probably have to remove the MAC addresses from the old donation numbers and then attach them to the new donation numbers.
