I renewed my donation 3 days ago and have not received it. Cannot get any info from tthe papaio site..I have my receipt but nothing. Email from bitcoin shows transaction. Is this normal?

It on papaio donation checker says active but it still says it is blocked or expired contact your provider and i can't connect I feel like giving up.
