I purchase 10 donations using simplex. every thing was approved. Simplex sent me this message, We're happy to inform you that your transaction has been registered on the block chain.
The transaction ID is .................................................. ............ I have yet to receive any donations My payment ID is also available Please assist me.

The purchase date was 7th June 2023. My email address has been changed My Dashboard is still on the old email address. How can I have my Dashboard transfer to my new email address?
When the 10 donations were purchased I used my current address.
