Has this been added to donation acceptance?

My donation is a renew and was transacted via a Coin Flip bitcoin ATM. Transaction went fine on my end, and within minutes got this message in email: This transaction is currently in confirmation process in the Bitcoin Network and may take several minutes or hours to get fully confirmed. As soon as it is confirmed you will receive an email with your order details. Well, it's been about 16 hours and nothing. I usually get donation confirmation within an hour. Is this normal? Thanks

yes. it can take longer some times. check your junk/spam folders as well.
