renewed donations and now says stb is blocked

trying to get back up and running. stb is blocked call provider. i have tried all the things in threads and no luck. my donation has been expired for almost 2 weeks and having problems. i have linked mac addresses.still says blocked. can anyone assist with this problem. thanks in advance

have 3 renewals and all boxes are the same stb blocked. have done renewals for last 3 years and it just started right back up. never been like this. dont know what i need to do. i have emailed papio but no response. any other suggestions?

If you renewed after the accounts expired then you have to link the mac addresses again.
