This error comes out when trying to purchase via Bitcoin Cash.

Are you sending the correct coin? If you are trying to purchase with BCH, you have to send BCH. You can not have Bitcoin (BTC) in your wallet and select bitcoin cash (BCH) as your payment gateway. You have to send BTC to BTC and BCH to BCH.
