  • STB blocked with new donation?

Why would a donation that is activated and shows active on that box show it blocked?

  • #2
There is only a few reasons for showing blocked.
Donation is expired, Not on the right server or the mac address is wrong.

Well as I of now still blocked, but I think I failed to input NAND2 on the box and do not know how to get back to that setting area. Are there any short cuts to get back to that area. If you would tell me or explain what my next option is to fix it.

How to get to bios menu

Unplug and plug back in the box,

Power off STB from the RCU
Press and hold the «menu» on the remote (or the power button on the front panel).
Without releasing the «menu» (or the power button on the front panel) Power on STB from the RCU

Once there go to "Boot Mode" and right arrow to change it to "NAND" or NAND2"
Then scroll down to "Exit & Save" and right arrow, then "OK" to save and reboot.
Mine did an update after it rebooted, so let the update load and it will reboot again by itself.
*note... this is an old post so if there is an update waiting, do not allow it as it may block your mag from private iptv services.

It will boot into where you see "Home Media", IPTV Channels" "Internet Bookmarks" Etc. screen when finished- just like when you first plugged it in out of the box.

Please note that any time you press the "OK" remote button in the bios, give it time to work because it takes a few seconds.
