My mac address does not start with 00:1A:79.....In addition, I tried ID which id 00:1A:79..does not work. Formular box is not 00:1A:79.....I put it back after T2 would not work. Looking at setup (box) the MAC is in lower case, whereas, setup here (online) set everything with caps. I'm guessing thats the problem. Set info to @papio. Thx.

Entering the MAC with lower or uppercase does not matter. The MAC will revert to uppercase automatically once it has been entered at the website.
That is not the issue here.
You are correct in that the Formuler box does not have a MAC that starts with 00:1A:79, the boxes MAC is different.
The MAC that you need to attach to your code is the MOL MAC, which does start with 00:1A:79 and (it is labeled as the ID, yes).
The T3 is like this too with it's MAC and ID.

What I meant earlier was that it does not matter how you enter it at the website, lower-case or Upper-case, either way it will be fine, so that is not your issue.
Use the MAC found in the opened MOL2 app (mytvOnline2), or found on a stickier on the underside of the device.
That MAC begins with 00:1a:79
(those are two zeros at the beginning and not Upper-case letter O's)
