Cannot change MAC address

This is something new for me. I've tried to change the MAC address on the portal but it tells me that the MAC address already exists , my stb is blocked. How can I fix this?

take a picture of your box with Mac address and send to papio or pm to nightmare or dodgeit.

Looks like you might have been cloned. You will have to prove you own that box to papio. Or...you might be trying to steal someone's MAC address and figuring out how to circumvent this? LOL

just wondering if you are trying to add same Mac address to your second donation while your first donation is still active?

yeah only one Mac can be use with 1 donation at a time. so you have to wait until first donation expires or you can use your second donation on different box with different Mac address. you can always switch between them anytime.

You can go to the donation checker and change your MAC address to the box you want to use. One donation will work with 1 MAC (STB box) address at a time. You can change between the 2 boxes as long as 1 box is off and the assigned box with that MAC is being used.
